My Story
Thank you for stopping by! If you are here, you have already taken steps towards change; I will be with you along your journey. Yoga has been a part of me from my very early years watching Lilias Folan on PBS; I didn't know what yoga was at the time and it would be many years before I discovered it as a pathway to healing. I have been privileged to work with trauma survivors and substance use populations in a clinical setting. In partnership with the Service Women's Action Network (SWAN), I created the Warrior Wellness Program for female veterans surviving PTSD and MST. I developed a yoga program for unhoused folks at a day center in Cape May County, and for the past year I have been honing my skills in biomechanics, anatomy, RRSM (yoga nidra), meditation and ayurveda to bring my clients a Complete Wellness offering. As a trauma survivor and person in long term recovery, I know first-hand the power of MBS, Movement, Breath, and Stillness, to create deep and lasting change in one's body, mind, and spirit. It is within a therapeutic relationship of shared power that together, we will create and carry out your personal healing journey. I will help you discover the teacher within yourself and develop and nurture that most important of all relationships.

I continue to prioritize my own well being with continuing education, retreats, recovery meetings, daily yoga and Zen meditation.
