about bee mindful

bee mindful is a unique wellness center offering evidenced-based (EBI) approaches to helping you heal the whole of you, body, mind, and spirit. Founded by Karin Rossi, M.S.E.d, a trauma care professional with a background in education and psychology.  She is listed as an "expert" yoga instructor with Yoga Alliance as well as a Yoga Alliance Educational Professional. She is completing her certification in Yoga Therapy and will be a certified IAYT later this year.

Karin offers TCTSY, an Evidenced-Based Clinical intervention for PTSD and CPTSD. This healing modality is listed as a "best practice" trauma care model.
