FALL RETREAT Beginner's Mind: "In the beginner's mind there are many possibilities, in the expert's there are few~ Shunryu Suzuki-roshi. What if you were to let go of everything you thought you knew about yoga and meditation? Would you be willing to set aside your ego and step into this experience as if for the first time? (and it truly may be for the lucky ones) Instead of thinking of coming to this experience with a blank mind, we invite you to have a mind, that is not already full; one that has space for learning, experiencing, and opening to a new way of looking at something. Once we think "we know", we really stop listening.
